Enrollment
By enrolling in our martial arts academy, you agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies outlined by the academy.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, discipline, and integrity both inside and outside the academy premises. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful towards fellow students, instructors, or staff will not be tolerated.
Attendance
Regular attendance is expected from all students. Any prolonged absence must be communicated to the academy staff in advance.
Fees and Payments
Tuition fees are to be paid on time as per the schedule provided by the academy. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in the suspension of membership.
Photography and Videography
The academy reserves the right to photograph or record training sessions and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, students consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.
Membership
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Health and Safety
Students must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities to the academy staff prior to participating in any classes. Students are responsible for their own safety during training sessions and must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructors.
Class Schedule
The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, curriculum, or instructors without prior notice. However, efforts will be made to inform students of any changes in advance.
Equipment and Uniforms
